I really do like the Apple Watch UI. I'm interested to see third party apps. Probably still won't get one though.

They're always obsessed with stocks. It's got to be the first thing that almost everyone disables in the Notification Centre!

Looks like Apple are going to re-invent the watch with an innovative touch screen watch face that can run apps as well.
How long will it be before the likes of Samsung rush out their copies? |

So at home, the Apple Watch doesn't have to be tethered to your phone via Bluetooth. Just has to be on the same wifi network.
No word yet on whether there's any complete standalone functionality. |

I can't see it taking off, but I said that about the iPad.

Oh yes no one else had a Smartwatch before the iWatch was invented! (sarcasm)
![]() on another note is there anything new thats been announced ? Not sure i was expecting the make/receive calls (which some existing watches do). This always seems a bit cheesy to me though. |

Have they managed to make it waterproof yet ? I have seen that you can use it to open your garage door though - ive always felt that something was missing in my life and now i know ....

£299-£339 for the Sport models
£479-£949 for the "normal" models I'm an Apple fan but I think they've lost the plot with some of these more expensive than the iPhones. |

Lol at the prices, think I'll pass after giving them £££'s for my iPhone 6. Anyone who bought a 6 or 6+ should have a discount voucher or something.
And when is the IOS 8.2 update out? Thought that was today too? |

I think the Sport ones are priced okay. What's the difference between those and the normal ones? Just the strap?
There is a range above the "Sport" and "normal" called "edition". These have 18ct cases and are priced between £8k and £13.5k. |
