NTT Docomo announced their new Premium 4G service (225Mbps) will be rolling out nationwide from the new fiscal year.
They are marketing this as allowing consumers to do things with ease such as watch 4k video. Also 300Mbps LTE is on the way and due to launch in 2016 nationwide.
A unique feature of DOCOMO's LTE-Advanced service will be its introduction of Advanced C-RAN, a network architecture that efficiently increases radio capacity and maximum transmission speed simultaneously especially in high-traffic areas.
Almost 50,000 LTE sites have been activated across NTT Docomo's network and there are over 28 million customers using the live network.
In order to promote this technology they have released two adverts under the "3 second cooking" series with more to come in the future. The first video has been viewed over 13 million times as not only is it a great advert for 4G LTE but it's also very funny as well.
