EE4G - anyone know how they calculate early termination fees?

I know with Vodafone its the contract price minus VAT x how many months left - 2%.

Is this the same for EE?

They don't know anything in my experience.

From experience, is as per Mr Plymouth above says, Outstanding rental, but without any VAT applied
