Do all T-Mobile sites broadcast the Orange network code?
Do all the T-Mobile sites (MNC 23430) also broadcast the Orange identifier (MNC 23433)?
Reason is that I find the mobile broadband connection is generally better on Orange than T-Mobile (contention?) so I want to force my device to just use MNC 23433. However I don't want to end up not using newer T-Mobile base stations if they are available! Any advise appreciated. |

Round here, where the network has been consolidated, the sites only broadcast the t mobile code.

Depends if it's an Orange or T-Mobile broadcasting antenna...
ALL 4G broadcasts as 23430 Most 3G and 2G do too, however some older 3G antennae that have not been MNBL'd still are Orange 3G (23433) 2G antennae can be either - round here there's an MBNL mast with good 3G (23430) but the 2G it broadcasts is 23433. You won't get both from one 3G antenna for example. It'll be one or the other. |

Now the entire town only has the one (ex T-mobile) code. |
