[radio lad]

Can someone help me out with this problem please ? There are 4 Blackberry users in the household , 1 can play Youtube videos over the wi-fi internet (Talktalk) Homesafe not on, with no problems, the other 3 get the following message "content not available. Server is blocked or unresponsive."

I have compared all the settings with the "no problem" phone and the others , and all have same settings and software versions. i have tried battery pulls turning router off and on , and reconecting phones to wi-fi. Other sites are fine playing videos i.e BBC News , local paper, it's just any Youtube videos. When I visit a friend we can all pick up someones open wi-fi and Youtube plays fine ! I would contact Talktalk , but with 1 phone working (and all computers and tablets) it cannot be them. Anyone any ideas ? Thank you in advance.
