Cora probably thinks Max was no good for Tanya plus Max slept with Stacey, ironically both Max and Cora could be heading back to the Square at the same time.

Max has revenge on his mind against the Beales plus he has a great bum and with Cora most likely to fill the quota of older characters following the departures of the Cokers & Claudette plus we also have Babe's upcoming departure too.

I think Cora may have sorted herself out in terms of being homeless. I was concerned she may return to the Square homeless again but she may actually return with a bit of money in her pocket- we shall see.
