"Not available for streaming"
Can someone explain to me why the titles are in Netflix if I can't access them? Seems a bit arse about face to me.

They might have previously been on Netflix they still keep a placeholder on the site after being removed, or they may be in line to be added in the future.

You sometimes get messages like that if your using a DNS service and it's playing up, ie your looking at 1 region but the DNS is set to another, I've had it a few times with un block us

In the US, Netflix started off as a DVD by mail system, usually "Not Available for Streaming" means just that, that the film is only available by DVD if you happen to have a DVD rental option on your account
