Just downloading it now on my iPhone 6.
My ADSL is bloody slow so it might be a while!
Perhaps try deleting it, closing all background apps, turn phone fully off and on again and then installing again?

I have it on my Lumia 830 and it's all there working OK. Try uninstalling and getting it again.

Hold that.......Nope no Menu as DevonBloke has........I've tried uninstalling and downloading again and it's the same.
I can view all the sports and find my teams but that's it . No making them priority views etc. Except, it seems, on the lock screen.
I must admit, I don't use it much, I tend to use the BBC Sport app.

What's that all about then?
I presume they actually tried it before they released it?
I tell you... I've said it before and I'll say it again.... no one actually knows what they're doing, even big corporations like Sky! They're all winging it!!!
Haha
Perhaps others with Windows phone could try it and report back.

I think some of the developers are just lazy when it comes to windows phone apps. They do it, but begrudgingly and with as minimum input as possible...
I'm hoping that will change with W10 as I like the phone and most of the apps I use work well.

Had a similar problem on android turned out it was there along but you had to press the capacitive button to open it.Perhaps try the menu or home button ??
The app got loads of bad reviews cos nobody could find it.They redesigned it to have the button on screen again.

Well the desktop OS (10) certainly looks better. Running the preview now on a test PC and it is much better.
They just can't lose the app thing can they. But hey, we have the Start menu back which for businesses will be the deciding factor.
None of my business customers have 8. At least for once Microsoft admitted they had got it wrong which takes some guts in this world.
Windows for mobile should be far more popular but the total f**k up on the desktop side set them back a bit methinks.
Let's hope they are on the right track now and can be a real competitor to Apple.
I'm a bit of an Apple fanboy on the side but would like to see someone really challenging them properly.

Yes, I think 10 with unified apps will help it move forward.....I like it on my laptop and am contemplating putting the preview on my phone......That said...I quite like 8.1..

Have you tried tapping the screen where the menu should be? There was another Windows phone app which had something similar where the button was just invisible but tappable.
