Its on the COM7 HD multiplex so you need a Freeview HD capable TV I.e. DVB-T2 tuner to receive.

You need an HD TV / box but you don't need to be connected to the internet. Same applies to Film 4 + 1, Motors TV, and Al Jazeera Arabic.

Also, you need to be in a location where you can receive COM7!

Audio, video and PMT PIDs all dropped off COM7 just after 3pm today - looks like the channel has ceased.

The website hasn't been updated recently - I suspect the organisation is defunct.

Is it still broadcasting on Sky (519) ?
I don't think it was ever on Freesat.

Respecting the fact this is a freeview thread, yes Sky 519 is still running.

Arise is still on Sky but it's a very much reduced service with many repeats and "best of" compilations.

The channel has always had financial issues which seem to have worsened recently. Staff have allegedly gone unpaid for months or longer.

And yet the EPG information is still being updated.

It's been removed from the Epg, so another spare slot.

And, like a phoenix rising from the ashes, looks like they might be coming back as a streamed channel!

Probably through one of the VisionTV channels - it's there on their app.

Having watched about 30 seconds of it, it just struck me as dire with worse production values than Price-Drop and even more dull. Probably for the better it's no longer clogging up limited Freeview bandwidth.
