Hi,

My sister has a Samsung galaxy s3, and today it just turned off, and when she tried to restart the phone the Samsung logo just keeps flashing but the phone won't turn on.

Any ideas on how to sort it?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Have you tried taking the battery out for a couple of minutes, then try restarting the phone?

A battery pull often sorts these problems, hopefully will sort yours
