VoiceCommand malware?

Hi, I run AVG Antivirus on my generic android smartphone. It ran a scan and found a Potentially Unwanted App called "VoiceCommand" and although it recommended uninstalling it, it couldn't. I downloaded and ran Norton which said it couldn't find any malware. Does anyone know what this VoiceCommand is, why it's suddenly installed and whether I have anything to worry about?
