Capacity time shares on commercial multiplexes are dynamic. So unlike BBC A, where capacity is shared on the same group of packet IDs, on the commercial muxes unique PIDs are used by each service.

The PIDs for the timesharing BBC HD channels are the same too (on satellite at least).

Yes for BBC Three HD / CBBC HD on BBC B. BBC Four HD and CBeebies HD on ARQ C are dynamic shares.
