They could have ended it with Mo taking the letter from the bin and putting in her pocket and making a duff duff face.

That would have been much better.

That was stacey as she got the duff duff face moment.

That was a odd cliffhanger but better then some of her cringeworthiness in other scenes. I don't like mid conversation sort cliffhangers like this one as it just feels incomplete nor much like a big moment such as a bombshell.

Yep, very abrupt ending.

I hope Mo revives her chat line character Madam Whiplash. That was so funny.

Seemed very lazy editing to me. Half of the duff duff was on Stacey, and the other half was on Mo!

It Really was. Stacey finding te bottles or mo neon told about the bottles would of been enough or mo getting the letter our.

It would have been better if it happened mid sent

I thought for a long time Mo had never had a Duff-Duff - and even made a thread about it once when she got one during the E20 spin off-series. However, watching some old episodes, a while back she did get a couple back when the Slaters first joined the show, in their first couple of weeks - then nothing since!

Didn't she have the one on Friday?

It's almost like they didn't plan on giving her the duff duff, then had to make an emergency re-edit so that she got it right at the last minute.

It did feel like the scene should have carried on.. Was very odd!

I quite liked it... Reminded me of the early weeks of EastEnders before they perfected the editing.

This is the second time we've had an anticlimactic ending to Eastenders with Mo involved in a scene in a week and just like the first it just did not feel right. It's nice for Mo to get her first proper one to be fair though

I think there's so many "shocking" cliffhangers you can have in a row. All of tonight's scenes were entertaining but not worthy of a cliffhanger, so I suppose the crew were a bit stuck on where to put it.

It was an odd duff duff ending with her taking the letter out of the bin would have been better
