Hi all,
First post, apologies if it's in the wrong forum...

I have a Veltech 22 LCD TV (possibly a re-badged Bush?), type LE-22GBR+DVD.
I first bought one last Autumn but it was swapped out 2 weeks ago, following a call to the supplier.
However, the replacement is now doing the same thing - randomly switching on at some point during the night.
2 nights ago it switched on at 01.30; last night at 02.15 then again at 03.30 (it's never turned on twice before).
Neither set turned on at any other time, during the day, early/late etc.
There is no recording set, no timer set, no reason.

Any help will be appreciated, including the manufacturer if poss.
Many thanks

Why not contact the supplier again? That being said, the Veltech website is gone and the company's most recent tweets date back to 2013. https://twitter.com/veltechtv

Bush is just a brand name used by Argos. Its TVs are made by various OEMs including Vestel in Turkey, Seiki in Wales and UMC in Slovakia.

Try removing the mains plug from it's socket before you go to bed.
