This is what it says:

I hope that Les comes clean to Pam soon, as they make such a lovely couple.

The mystery woman could be Les' bit on the side, as in having an affair.

I really don't want it to come out that Les has been seeing another woman behind Pam's back, as it would devastate her. They would surely finish for good.

We will have to watch on as the days go by, to see what happens.

Les is a really decent bloke and I feel for him. It's not easy to charge widowers a lot of money.

I was wondering who that woman was too. Nice gift to get just a friend.

I could easily see Pam being the 'break out' character of the relationship. Until now Pam's generally shone on her own, interacting with others in the square, forming friendships with some of the women. Meanwhile Les often just appears at the end of the scene.

Wouldn't be sad if this storyline eventually sees Les's exit and Pam remains to further establish herself as a character in her own right.

Claudette is in the credits for Monday 23rd along with Pam, but no Les.

Is Claudette just a guest character, she's credited after the kids and does not yet have her own profile page on the BBC website.

I
Agreed.
Pam has far more potential and is played by a better actor the les and is also a
Far more likeable
Character.
Les is awful.
