Anyone have the LG G3?
hi guys, can get a new phone next month so decided to look online at a few. I currently have Sony Xperia T and have been happy with it so obviously have looked at the Z3 (Compact).
I carried on looking and I seen the LG G3, I always like to try something a bit different and I've never had an LG phone. Wondering what people's thoughts are on it? I like to have good sound quality through the speakers as I will often listen to music out loud. I don't download a massive amount of apps but hate it when I try to download one and it says 'insufficient space' ![]() Other than that, just browsing internet, Facebook/Twitter apps etc... Would just like to know pro's and con's and just your general thoughts! thanks in advance for any help. |

Thought about the G3 but was slightly put off by the apparently battery hungry screen.. had the Gflex 2 and watch r delivered today and they're a nice combination.. I do like the slightly curved screen on the phone

I have the G3 and have to say i love it.
The screen can indeed be a bit battery hungry, but since the lollipop update, it doesn't seem as bad. I use my phone a lot and can easily manage the day plus more from it. Sound quality, well it has a seperate amp for the speaker, but its not brilliant. Its perfectly loud enough though and i'm listening to Spotify at work as i type this. Otherwise it really is a brilliant phone. Superbly powerful and the camera is one of the best on any smartphone. The laser autofocus is very good as well and bloody fast! |

I've had the G3 for a months now. I find it very laggy, to the point of annoyance. I also had to clear out a few apps and cache as I'd only 330mb left of the 16gb internal memory. And that's with a 32gb sd card installed. If I had to choose again I'd go for HTC.

I was disappointed after checking it out in the shops. On the net it looks classy and solid but in the flesh it's less so. Plastic and light.

Light and works hard. Only thing I dislike is the poor camera.

Not sure how you can only have 330mb left unless you haven't been saving things to the SD card. I've got tons of apps, music and videos on mine and have 8gb left internally and 12gb on the SD card. |
