satellites search

Is there any way that I can establish whether my cheap Chinese tablet has GPS?
I bought it for use with Code Sector's Maverick. However, Maverick can't find a satellite, although our phones and other tablet have no problem.
Also aGPS test app is reporting no contact.
That sounds conclusive, but Google maps and searches know my location accurately.

Google can (usually) accurately determine your position from available WiFi networks.

Install Mapfactor Navigator, then turn off the tablet wifi. Navigator has a diagnostic in the tools menu to show which GPS satellites are in view.
