HH5 WiFi strange connection problem
Phil Owens
15-03-2015
A neighbour over the road has just had BT infinity installed.
He's having a strange Wifi problem where their iPads, phones connect to the Wifi no problem/
The laptop needs to be next to the hub to get a signal, move away and the signal is lost..
Any clues ?

Think it's a Toshiba something or other.

Is it possible that the laptop is connecting at the 5GHz frequency where the others are connecting on 2.4GHz? (Or vice versa maybe.)

The performance can be different depending on which frequency band is used.
