High protein foods.
Hi. I'm trying to bulk up at the gym and need to increase my protein intake. I have protein shakes but would rather have food. I know chicken and turkey is high in protein. I don't eat fish at all so finding it hard to find stuff to eat.
Thanks in advance. |

Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, milk, cheese all dairy basically, lower in fat tends to have more protien, nuts and seeds, beans and peas, some grains are also quite high in protien and don't forget egg whites!

You probably don't need to increase your protein intake to bulk up. It's highly probable you get enough protein if you get enough energy so making sure you have enough calories (not fat) and looking at your exercise routine is where you should place your efforts.

There is a website that sells purely muscle building food, in bulk at reasonable price.

Apparently human breast milk is popular with bodybuilders. Just becareful where you get it from.
If you can get it straight from the source then that's a bonus
