Three contract almost up for renewal, options?
So in the next couple of months when my contract ends I'll be looking at my options.
At the moment I'm on the one plan as I tether a lot to my phone, but as we all know three are contacting some people to move to a lesser plan, so with that in mind and the fact I don't even use half the minutes or texts I get on the one plan. Then there's the fact we've moved house. Where we lived beforehand had 4/5 bars and in our new house it's one/2 bars mostly. So was thinking of maybe moving networks. What I want is at least 600mins/texts and I've calculated that I'm not tethering anymore than 5gbs per month, so unlimited Internet on the phone and 4/5gbs allowable for tethering would be good. I know I can get exactly that from Three and in the process I'll save £10-11 per month as I'm paying £27 now for the one plan, but as I said the only issue is the low signal in our new house. My parents are with EE and seem to get a good signal in all the places that I have a rubbish one, so maybe that's a contender? But can they give me 4/5 gbs of Internet for tethering aswell as unlimited on the phone? Any ideas? |

To my knowledge, EE don't have any unlimited Data packages. They have a 20Gb and I'm fairly sure they allow tethering.
I don't know of anyone else other than 3 with an unlimited data handset plan that officially allow any of it for tethering (well, Virgin & Lyca anyway). Hope this helps. |
