I am interested in these phones, which are released in several weeks.

HTC One M9
Samsung Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge
Microsoft Lumia 640 XL

I know that all of these phones have a good sized screen, with the Samsung Galaxy S6's and the HTC One M9 having Quad HD screens.

I would like reasonable battery life
Good camera

I have used both Windows and Android phones, so I am OK with either OS.

Any suggestions, please.

I think the Samsung Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge are far better than the others.

You need to read hands-on reviews of all three before spending that kind of money.
