Subtitles on Netflix
I need subtitles and being new to Netflix I unticked the off button and now I realise my mistake! How do I reverse this action please?

What mistake is it you think you have made?

Well if you go to Audio and Subtitles it says English then Subtitles Off I ticked Off thinking that I had turned them on but if there is no tick apparently it means they are on. Now if I try to get rid of tick nothing happens. That sounds garbled even to me sorry but I can't explain any other way.

I use Netflix on Android tablet, and Samsung TV app, and it is just a case of picking a show so the show detail description comes up then going to audio and subtitle settings and selecting English or English (CC) for that show, then exit, then play, and the selected video plays with sub's.
If you are using a tablet, phone or whatever try exiting Netflix and restart, or reboot device or update Netflix. |

Also if you are watching a video on a touch screen, try touching the middle of the screen once when video is playing, then 3 option icons should temporarily pop up on top right of screen, press the speech bubble icon and that gives subtitles options while watching video.
