Samsung Galaxy S5 G00F vs Galaxy S5 G01F LTE-A
Hi everyone,
I was just wondering is the difference between these 2 Galaxy S5's worth it? I know that I the S5 is widely available, but the LTE-A version seems to be exclusive to EE. Any advice? Thanks in advance. |

LTE-A is a cat6 device and theoretically gives maximum download speeds up to 300Mbps.
There is an ever so slightly faster processor in the LTE-A model most likely to deal with the faster LTE speeds but apart from this its identical to the normal S5. |

Pros and Cons of each?
The standard S5 has pros if you into rooting and custom roms/kernels, it has much more dev support. The 901F however is superior hardware. LTE-A compatability so bit more future proofing. Better cpu/chipset Better gpu Within the past 2 weeks tho XDA activity on the 901F has exploded, is now a CM rom, as well as custom lollipop roms, and custom kernels have been figured out so those are coming also. If the dev downsides are of no concern to you and the cost is similar I would get the 901F. I love my 901F is a very good phone. |

Does EE supply the Samsung Galaxy S5 (901F) as standard on both pay monthly and payg?
Thanks in advance. |

check here the 805 vs 801, quite a bit of difference.
https://www.qualcomm.com/products/snapdragon/gpu Also is approx 40% faster on benchmarks the GPU. The cpu I think is only slightly faster tho. |
