I liked Sinead's character at the beginning. Seemed a sweet soul. But now I feel she is so drippy. Talks in a whiny voice.

If she wasn't drippy, she wouldn't be with Chesney Brown

I also liked her when she started on Corrie but since the whole thing with Roy she became annoying and her whiny voice is awful reminds me of Fiz.

I haven't warmed to her from the start and the longer she is in it the more she annoys me

Same here. Never really liked her, and definitely not now. I can't even feel sorry for her. I presume she will be miraculously cured anyway.

Her accent absolutely drives me insane, and she is just whiny and drippy she evokes no feelings of sympathy or emotion from me.

Like others have said, I just don't care enough about her or her situation to invest in her. Pairing her with Ches was the beginning of the end of her character. He's an absolute loser!

I too liked her to begin with. But she's become one of the most irritating characters for me now. I groan whenever she appears on-screen.

they should've killed her off in the crash, got boring Chesney back with desperate Katy and had that entire family moving to Portugal instead

She's paralysed and she's going out with the dullest man on the street. Not a lot to be cheery about.

As I said earlier, her characterisation makes it very difficult for you to feel sympathy for her current situation because she is acting like a such a whiny cow regarding things which have no bearing on her injuries.

Why was she getting all shirty with Ches over Joseph?!

I remember saying that the character was a breath of fresh air when she arrived, but it wasn't long before they turned her into an unlikeable, moaning old biddy.

Sinus told Kirkie to fetch her a wheelchair ( have you ever tried to locate a wheelchair in hospital?). She can't stand, but somehow managed to get into and out of a taxi. She fell down in the house and cost the NHS hundreds of pounds to transport her back to the hospital - to the same bed. La-La Land.

Another Blackburn character change.
It's getting so predictable, but unrealistic.

She's always sounded drippy! She's always annoyed me from the start. She's so young and dresses frumpy and talks like an old woman!

I agree & I think the actress is doing a decent job with the material she's been given!! Yes she was a breath of fresh air & a quirky little one off character when she joined & I loved her for it, but they had to develop the character a bit if she was to be long term!!
I fully understood her reaction to the Roy/Gary incident, deep shock at coming round the corner & seeing one man, whoever it was & for whatever reason, repeatedly hitting another man lying on the floor with a cricket bat!!
I would have preferred it to have been just about anyone but Sinead who they did this paralysis s/l with, simply because I love the happy, quirky little character lighting up the factory scenes & the Tinker/Sutherland/Brown household, and I don't think depression & misery suits the character but that doesn't mean she isn't playing it well!!

Can't stand her, when she started to scream. I was screaming at the TV. She's a complete turn off. Not interested in her at all.

Surely Kirk lifted her in and out of the taxi?
