I like Alison. I think she is stunning. Her and Cole are my fave 'couple' I cannot stand his new wife.
I think Alison is beautiful too. She has a vulnerability which makes her alluring.

Has Noah ever confided in anyone else about his mother? Because I'm starting to think his mental instability dates back to her supposed suicide and Noah's assistance with it may not have been as selfless as he portrayed it to Alison.

Oh well, just me then. I agree with the above comment though, she just seems to make all men want to look after her. Just wish she would cheer up a bit.

I have a feeling his sister knows. She made a comment a couple of Eps ago saying he has to let it go because it's been ___ years(can't remember exactly what she said)

I don't think that Alison is a classical beauty, but she is so sexually, smoulderingly attractive that I, and probably loads of other heterosexual men, go weak at the knees just by looking at her lips.

She doesn't really have much to cheer up about!

I don't personally understand why Alison went for Noah in the first place. I can't see anything attractive about him at all. But Cole ... wow.

I loved the last episode with them being silly using the hot tub, but I wonder now if Noah will have to stay in the town due to his car accident which throws them all together again ? And is he imagining the prison officer ? If not, where did he go so quickly ?

I think he's imagining it too or the pills he's taking are making him crazy. we/Noah saw the big Suv crash into the back of the car but when the camera went round the car after the crash there was no damage at all to the back end.

I'm still really liking The Affair, yes it is slow but I like that personally. The character development has been very rich.

Me too, made me laugh though

I'm now 2 shows behind so have some catching up to do. Hate the way Noah keeps seeing this prison guard every where, he's kinda creepy.

I assume you think Fee is a moron. She isn't, did you read her response?

Fee77 is not stupid and she wouldn't go for you, as wouldn't any woman with a brain.

Or, you think this is funny and this is a joke.

Fee, Brendan Fraser has gone into new acting territory with this part. Amazing, imo. I know this is what acting is all about, but holy cow, he is phenomenal. West, meanwhile, is as boring and one note as ever.

Again, the writers must think Alison is stupid, to have anything to do with a cold bowl of noodle soup like him. Oh, he showed up at my door, I must let him in and have sex with him. Give me a freaking break. I hope he is eliminated at some point.

This show is beating a poor long dead horse. Get off the air.

There is hardly anyone to like in this show. You don't care about what happens to any of them, at least I don't. The only character I feel any empathy with is the surgeon boyfriend. If he has any sense he'll run for the hills!

First series was brilliant, second one good, now it's just degenerated into a mess, as if the writers aren't sure what plot device to use next.

Quite. In the last, he did just this. No spoilers, there's nothing to spoil about this drek.

From the trailer...........yep, you guessed it..........Helen goes back to Noah, at least for one stupid episode.

And the guy in the lake, who was that? Was that Scott?

Matthew Gilbert of the Boston Globe agrees with us.
