Manual Missing Can you Help?
I am trying to search online for a Manual for a product we bought from Aldi "Croft Mini Deep Fat Fryer - TI-DF-0215" but can't find one
Can anyone help? |

You could try entering "Mini Deep Fat Fryer" into the "product name" field on this search and see if you recognise your fryer and the date it was sold. Then phone the number to ask about a manual rather than the warranty.
Failing that, try emailing Aldi about it. maybe they'll even be able to email you a PDF version the same day. Also, if there's something specific you want to know about it, just ask here. I don't have an electric fryer, but maybe someone with a similar machine can help. |

Hi Craig,
It's Crofton not Croft and you can phone their free helpline on 0800 328 6063. |

You'll just have to face up to the fact that you can't get one online. I've found answers to some user questions about the fryer on Fixya, and there's lots of comments that the manual is useless. Give Crofton a call as per my first post, apparently they are very helpful. Or email Aldi as Isambard said. Or as suggested by Isambard and chopism what is the problem?

A few people have made enough enquiries to help you.

All you have to do is turn it on, wait for the light then drop the basket of chips in slowly, close the lid and wait until golden brown.
I am glad I gave up frying. |

Most deep fat fryers pretty much all work in the same way so is it just regarding this particular fryer or using deep fat fryers in general? |

And you're a technological wizard Craig? Thought a simple deep-fat fryer would be no bother to a veritable Edison like you.... Plug in, switch on, set temp, fry food - job done!

If you could explain what the problem is, maybe someone could help.
Ask a direct question, you'll get a direct answer. |

I can tell you that there will be no actual manufacturer called Crofton. The fryers will just be a cheap generic Chinese product that is branded with the name 'Crofton' at Aldi's request.
