The Michaels have 2 daughters - Alex (who we usually see) and Katy, yet they never appear on screen together.
There is also a second son wh doesn't wish to be part of the show.

Scarlet Moffat has a younger sister who also isn't part of the show.

I don't watch it but that is unfair to the ones who have not danced.

I thought they seemed a bit different.

Were they drinking last nght? After the report of them being thrown out of the BBC green room I wonder if they are going to step back from the drink.

Chris and Stephen watch TV as friends even though Chris is engaged and has a fiancé we've never seen.

Perhaps some people don't want to be seen on TV.
And what do you mean it's not 'representative'??
Not representative of what?”

representative of their viewing habits because they say they watch TV altogether but thats not the impression we get.

Yeah but their usual viewing habits don't include having a camera beaming their discourse into millions of homes nationwide do they.

As I said above, other people also don't appear with their partners (eg Chris), probably because their partners don't want to appear on TV.
No doubt Chris and his partner's usual viewing habits include watching TV together.

That's interesting, I would have put money on her being the doted on only daughter.

Wonder what the sister is like?

Yes, I was wondering where I'd seen him before, and now I think you're right. Coachtrip!

This series is better than the last.

I still miss the family of the bloke that went on CBB. Hope they come back as well.

Just found this link....

Dad Mark (49), mum Betty (45) and daughter Scarlett (24) make up the Moffatts, one of Gogglebox's most beloved northern families. Youngest daughter Ava (9) heads to bed while the family are filming because it's past her bedtime.

Are the sisters from Leeds full sisters or half/step sisters? Found it a bit odd how the blonde one kept saying 'my mum' when she was talking about the love letter to Peter Andre.

I don't know if they are half-sisters but I've heard people in Yorkshire and Lancashire saying my mum instead of our mum or our mam if they're a Scouser

Heads up!

Steph and Dom have their own show next Saturday on Ch 4 - "At Home with Steph and Dom".

Their guests are Jerry Springer, Jason Donovan, Louis Walsh and Phil Tufnell for dinner and drinkypoos. Not overly thrilled with guest selection but hopefully it'll be fun.

This is great news for us as we've been disappointed with their paltry appearances on Gogglebox this season.

Met Dom briefly at the Salutation, in June. He is proof positive that a genuine warmth, sunny outlook and good humor will attract many good things in life. What a doll & funny, too!

I was laughing so hard when Giles said the Doctor Foster opening titles was like the Generation Game, remembering all the items I won't be able to watch the opening titles of it this week without laughing!

I really enjoyed this week. Yeah, the political stuff amd the X Factor stuff is repeditive, but at least the X Factor bit was genuinely hilarious this week when he had wardrobe difficulties.

The ladies phwoaarrr faces at Peter Andres bum.....and the Malones Dads face! No one can look disgusted like him.

And everyones reaction to the word "suckling"!

And Steph sayng "I can barely stand to have YOU watch me!"

I didnt even mind S&S this week. Actually the one on the left never really bothers me now that I think of it. I cant believe the one on the right has gotten 3 men to marry her though! The mind boggles....

The Vicar doesn't add much though. She just loudly pontificates and thats it. Zzzzzzzz......

I did notice the Malones dogs completely ignoring a plate full of jam doughnuts. They're the best dogs ever.

Nice to hear he was like that in reality; he does come across as a very decent and engaging man.

Giles is great value; love his deadpan, sharp humour. He comes out with some corkers at times.

It was a good episode this week. Loved the women's reactions to Peter Andre dancing. Also, from the Siddiquis "He's got a good buttock action - as they call it". "I don't think anyone calls it that Dad".

I just wish they'd drop them. They seem so false and over the top.

Why dont we ever see the wives of the Sidddiqui family?Dont they watch TV together, only segregated. The middle brother is looking a bit seedy this series.

Here it says they watch TV together as a family but we never see that in reality, so its not representative.

First of all, this Gogglebox obsession is becoming unhealthy - I feel that there's a piece of me missing until I get my fix. And I always post about it on DS afterwards

Just my random stream of consciousness;

It seems that the Wordenweber's daughter quickly moved on. Perhaps she cheated on silent Jay, and that's the reason they split up?

Steph and Dom are back, but for some reason they're not as funny or likeable in this episode.

I was expecting the Welsh couple to live in this tiny terraced house, but it appears they have the nicest house out of them all. Plus, they're definitely up there with my favourites, they are just hilarious.

The mix of the programmes on show tonight was excellent.

OH, AND I HAVE TO KNOW WHAT HAPPENED TO THE OLD PEOPLE ON FIRST DATES!!! THEY SEEMED PERFECT FOR EACH OTHER. PLEASE, GET TOGETHER IF YOU HAVENT ALREADY!
