I have gone of June and leon . I don't mind June but I find the way leon perves rather off-putting and ge can be quite agressive towards June

Don't you mean The Cat in the Hat
where have they gone?
I know their few seconds on screen produced negative comments from most posters, but it seems to be a bit quick to get rid of them.

The two blokes who sit under the nude painting aren't on loads but they do appear every so often.
But that family seem to have disappeared

I fell a little bit more in love with the Siddiquis last night:

Dad, haven't we got any antiques from Pakistan?
No, Pakistan is only 60 years old
So you're older than Pakistan? That can't be right ....

Teresa May : tough on crime, tough on immigration ....
Dad - Tough old boot
Son - Tough on the eye

I hardly saw Sandy and Sandra tonight
And many here think the programme was all the better for that!

I hadn't actually thought about them being given the gadgets by the production team but you're probably right. A couple of weeks ago I did wonder why they are always buying each other presents week after week.
Definitely.

It's happened quite a few times now, with others too. June and Leon were looking at their new vacuum cleaner in the last season. Placed front and centre facing the camera.

Why on earth would you wait until you know the cameras are rolling to film you for a TV show to start playing with a new product you've bought, other than being asked to?

I guess it's only the same as celebrities being papped 'accidentally' solely for the purpose of flogging the clothes they're wearing.

Who were the cat in the hat family? I can't remember them?

Wish they'de get rid of the two blokes with the painting, or at least the painting!

I wonder why the three lads don't get featured more? They had one line this week and it was the same last week.

Leon's comments about being completely uninterested in the solar eclipse because he's "not a scientist" annoyed me this week.

Interesting that they film this with a crew of up to 8 crew in one day! http://www.mirror.co.uk/tv/tv-news/g...icking-4356497

The father never spoke.
I think we saw them twice and both times the father and two kids were already seated - Dad on his laptop ignoring the telly - and the mother plonked herself down a few seconds in so she could make a dramatic entrance carrying the cat wearing its hat.

I thought it smacked of forced eccentricity - but I would have liked to have seen them a bit more to make a definite decision.

Me too. His lack of interest seems odd for an ex-teacher.

Mind you, I've thought all along that he's an unenlightened and irritating little man.

I still love the new couple, he just reminds me of Alan Bennett.

I thought the weird advert persuading people to sign up to vote was creepy.

Ahhhh, aren't they so lovely, I loved the moment last week when they were watching university challenge and were holding hands as buzzers. They just really seem to be educated, intelligent and very respectful of others....commendable attributes..good on them.

The new posh family felt off to me when I saw them. They just didn't feel like they properly belonged on Gogglebox. The new posh couple however fit in much better. The husband much more then the wife. The wife I'm not keen on personally but she feels more fitted to the programe.

Me too, he was supposedly a history teacher or something and he couldn't care less about such an important part of history.

I don't like the new couple that sit in different chairs one higher than the other, no chemistry and very boring

Thank you! I remember the dad just sat there with his laptop - presumably he was too busy and important to stop work and watch telly with the rest of the family. They were from central London weren't they?

The Vicar pisses me off more and more every ****ing week. She's very judgemental for a Jesus lover...

Still not as annoying as the Tappers, especially the loud mouth mother. Kill it with fire.

Not impressed with the boring new families.

Also could you imagine a male vicar getting away with being excited over hearing there are female nudes and then complaining their privates are covered in a cloth ?

What sort of contract do they have? I'm sure someone on here has said they get a few pounds a day and food, and that's it, so the contract must have some swingeing "must attend" clauses to stop him just saying "stuff it, I'm off"

On the other hand, he could make it hard for the producers by simply talking non-stop, so they couldn't use any footage!

They should just let him leave.

We wouldn't really miss him would we?
He's never shown speaking.
