I'm sorry but I'd take the money most likely. Depends on the gift. If it's something I'd never use like a ring like that I'd cash it in. However I received my Grandads watch when he died and I'm sure it's worth a lot but I will always keep it.

Guess it depends what the item is.

For me 5k is a huge amount. May not be for some though

Probably not as painful as giving birth but lasted longer.

But I would definitely recommend an enema if they weren't so expensive. I paid £80 for mine as I was so desperate to get rid of the pain.

A total knee replacement is more painful .. giving berth is a breeze

Well worth the money.
