Why is it creepy. It is just two people singing together. I dont think it matters that it is Mother and son

I have a long term chronic illness. When my sons were absent due to me being in hospital,the school supplied them with coursework and extra homework.

It's just that's it's a love song. I thought that was a bit bizzare. Each to thier own though. Just a passing thought
