I'm afraid we aren't going to get unbiased info - I think all the garbage being spouted in the media are from interested parties.

Leeches are very cool. I watched a programme with this woman had her breasts done,her nipped was turning black and the doctors used Leeches to encourage her blood supply.

Using maggots to eat dead skin and prevent gangrene.
