Read my reply to someone else who misinterpreted my original post. I am NOT saying that people who disagree with me are not intelligent. I am saying that some of the comments from the goggleboxers last night were stupid. I would definitely say that somebody who thinks that the currency of Spain is the peseta is not intelligent. That is what I was saying.

It seems to me that it was only the remainers who believed the £350 million would be ploughed into the NHS. It was them who reacted with horror over Nigel Farage saying he couldn't guarantee it would be spent on the NHS. He couldn't guarantee it because he is not in government and he never made that claim in the first place. He was not part of the campaign that made that claim and whenever he was asked about it he always refuted it.

I know plenty of people who voted to leave and not one of them believed The NHS claim. You are making assumptions about why people voted to leave. There might have been some people who believed it but I've not encountered any. I've also not met one single person who regretted their vote to leave.

So one person got the Spanish currency wrong - big deal!

I guess you would like to believe it was only the remainers who were horrified about the £350 million to NHS lie but I think you know that is not true. This was a crucial factor in Brexit voters regretting their decision.

I followed the repercussions after the vote was announced. By your own admission you haven't met anyone who regretted their vote. So what are you saying here....that you disbelieve that (so many) DID regret voting Brexit? Come on.... just google "Brexit regret" - there were too many links for me to include here, e.g. farmers regretting their vote over subsidy fears. Speaks for itself!

There were some goggleboxers missing from last night, who might have balanced the programme out and added some much needed intelligence. Were they left out deliberately because they didn't meet the criteria of channel 4? I think it's more likely the progamme was edited to portray that everyone was a remainer, when I'm not sure that really was the case. Typical left wing bias by the media, for which channel 4 are as guilty as the BBC for.”

Who was missing apart from the two blokes with the booby pic? We saw very little of Sandra and Sandy and the Tappers but they were there. The Scottish family from Croydon disappeared half-way through the last series. Other than that my mind's gone blank!

Exactly. The programme was fully represented by the regulars.

And others got Angela Merkel's name wrong. I could go on.

Yes, I definitely disbelieve that so many regret voting Brexit. Do you always believe everything you google? From a left wing media who are still sore they lost? But just to please you, I did google it and this was the first item in the news section.

It would probably depend when they were asked. 24th June might give a different answer to a few days later or indeed now. I can't say that I've met many people who've changed their mind on either side.

Some people did admit voting Leave as a 'protest'. I still can't work out what what they thought that was going to achieve in such a close run poll!

Well funnily enough the buzz is that they're expecting some new housemates in the coming days and apparently there are two gaps in the photo wall or something ....

Well done for finding that link! Ha! Easily to overlook the others huh? Never mind.

No...I don't go by google so much as the radio. After the voting result was announced, there was certainly a backlash with many Brexit voters (some of which were protest voters anyway).

So...how is Brexit panning out? Any good news yet? If you have found it then please do share it!

Polls suggest that there is no evidence that there is a mass Regrexit scenario as some on here like to think. The latest YouGov Poll has it on 47% for Leave and 43% for Remain with 10% undecided. Both sides have dropped 5% since the referendum.

As most people who voted leave knew that "Brexit" would take a long time and that an instant economic shock would occur before settling down, what did you expect to happen? I tell you what is good news, we are not getting an emergency budget or encountering World War Three and the Tories are doing really well in the polls! That's all positive!

bib, best line of the show for me. Linda is priceless!!

Nice tribute to Caroline at the end too.

I said many regretted their Brexit vote, i.e. not a 'mass'

World War Three? Was that ever on the cards due to this issue? Hmmm

As for the Tories, they have undergone a change in their leader .... define "doing really well in the polls" i.e. in what sense? PR?

It is too early to tell but, currently, the repercussions of us leaving the EU are not looking good. Not that it affects myself, but I see you make no mention that the Stock Exchange and Pound Sterling has suffered the worst losses in decades!!

Several things they said at the end of the last series, disliked both of them ever since.

Not on looks thank you very much.

Ralph is outspoken...clearly his views do not reflect your own, that's all.

Can't even remember anything vile that his wife, Viv has ever said. Care to give an example for justifying such an extreme view of her?

First to be kicked out, kicked out of where and what for, the first, who else is going to be kicked out apart from his wife?

Will you be rushing off to enforce this kicking out of Ralph and family, if so when, might be interesting to see Ralph and family give someone get a toeing on Gogglebox

.....ah thanks for reminding me of what this country is now subjected to in the wake of Brexit - the level of hate crime has risen alarmingly! I am ashamed to be British.

This represents to me the average Brexit voter and their motivation for voting "out".

They truly believed that they would be able to get rid of any "foreign" people they did not like.
I am sure there were out voters who were not typical of this but they should hang their heads in shame to be associated with the barely disguised racism and prejudice that people like Kwynne are using leaving the EU to justify.
Even now people like Kwynne are not aware of what they actually voted for!

Going back to Googlebox - blonde sister surprised me with her quite a few of her comments which I though were quite insightful.

I'm still left wondering under what rule is Ralph going to be 'kicked out' why his Scouse Missus gets binned off too, I don't know about Eve, he's her stepdad, she's probably been infected with 'foreign' so will probably be shown the door too.

Has Eve managed a complete sentence since her 'silent' boyfriend left?
Pretty sure there was some background non-TV related chatter with Ralph once, but that's it.

As for Brexit, all sorts of c***s have come out of the woodwork, anyone non-white or a recent arrival was probably only surprised by the level of venom exhibited by some people, not the number.
