Sorry if this has been asked before but wasn't the bald bloke from the new family in 'Come Dine with Me'?

I seem to remember him owning a lap/pole dancing club and one of the other contestants having a problem with that.

Edit: Watching on +1 and I'm pretty sure it's him.

Come on Goggleboxers. Can't at least one of you dislike this cringey Buble cheesefest?

Fred, the maitre D is not so cringey these days.

Do you think that guy deliberately left his card at home? Sounded like an old trick to me.

I suppose the idea might be that you try a new cereal (by the bowl) without the cost of a whole packet....thereagain I have no idea what they charge!

It's actually a very popular show with an interesting format! Cheesy? In what way? It is inspiring!!

I thought that was what Kelloggs variety packs were for.

It's not my kind of music but the guy has a good voice....actually he is a lovely person too!

Sorry! There are enough people here moaning about the same stuff every week if that's your thing (rolls eyes).

I loved all their reactions to the programme This Time Next Year....they were really rooting for that guy who had the stammer. It is such an achievement to overcome something like that. No longer a victim but a role model! Brill!

Didn't watch the Davina McCall programme when it was on but just seen the clip on Gogglebox.. She was actually wearing the same blue dress one year later when he came back minus the stammer. I know this is quite normal for us mere mortals but not someone on TV. Makes me wonder if this programme is actually genuine.

Yes, his character had the best death scene in the movie.

He was swallowed by his bed.

I did wonder about that....odd! I was trying to see if it was the same audience but I guess the editor was ahead of me there!

Yes the programme is obviously genuine e.g. the first person who was obese losing all that weight.

About a decade ago Sky 1 did a show called "Naked in Westminster" featuring a bald guy called the Cayman and was opening a pole dancing club "Sophisticats?" in Westminster

You mean Catman. I went there once. £8.50 for a bottled beer - ouch!

Cannot stand her.

Haven't we seen the overcoming of stuttering in the Yorkshire school and that is not taking away what this man did but this was hardly groundbreaking.

He did reappear to watch he film. Why are they not doing anything about their daughters weight. It cannot be healthy to be that big

As for the 2 Leeds girls. Do have have to say exactly what the other has said
