I wonder if Scarlet and her family will return to Gogglebox.
Very doubtful now.

After last night she can command a lot more than Gogglebox can offer.

the Liverpool family have a posh house, are they rich?
Are you talking about the Woerdenwebers - Ralf and Viv?

Leon & June also live in Liverpool. So does the new family AFAIK.

And a massive house and conservatory.
Still, just shows how much money you can save by nicking wheels off cars, only wearing shellsuits and not buying The Sun everyday.

Craig always says they're in the Wirral. Isn't that on the more upper class side of the Mersey? Judging by the house, I'd say so.

So both the Woerdenwebers & the new family with the double-barrelled name live on the Wirral side of the River Mersey, June & Leon live on the other side I think as Craig says they are in Liverpool itself. What's the betting a researcher who works for Studio Lambert, who make the show, also lives in the area?

If so, what would it prove? The gogglebox viewers hail from several different places!

Only that maybe they should ignore the Liverpool area when recruiting new families for a while.

Big houses cost more than small houses, along with their chat about the doggy pampering session, chances are they're not skint, so what's your point?

Three households, admittedly from differing age ranges and class brackets, all within a few miles of each other. Some people might prefer to see similar households but spread over a wider area. Towards Manchester/Bradford/Leeds/Hull for example.

I assume it's to keep costs down. The film crew can move easily between the three houses.

Same with the hairdressers and the Michaels both being in Brighton (a stone's throw from Steph and Dom).

The three brothers T and the two ladies in the retirement flat being in Bristol, not far from Giles and Mary and the new family in Dorchester.

The two sisters are Leeds and Jenny & Lee are Hull.

Is there any West Midlands representation?

Again, why what's the point?
You want to see something seemingly just for the sake of it.

Suppose it makes a change from people getting annoyed because the people involved are from the South East or London.

I think location is not a primary cause of selection. Surely it's their ability to be outspoken/interesting/entertaining that counts i.e. regardless of how big/small is their dwelling.
