Kris looks like some deranged Vic Reeves character. This has got to be a spoof. Genius!

Then best not join a forum! It happens all the time! You do it too!

It's the nature of a forum to comment on posts.....
You do rather rake over the coals, not every comment needs to be analysed to the nth degree. The show and the thread is just a bit of fun.

Thats my point , it sort of spoils the episode if you have to constantly replying to someone who wants to argue that they are correct ,, its happened a few times on here with a couple of FM's , it ruins the thread for me , people end up giving up with it and then someone asks where everyone has gone because its empty

I knew the clacton lot would be genuinely pleased for scarlet. Moffat on IAC. She was supportive of George on CBB and it didn't go unnoticed by the family. Thought others were unnecessarily bitchy by saying "well this series was boring". Don't know if that's true as don't watch it but guess the ratings suggest otherwise .

Every week? What are you on about?

I don't reply just to you - this is not a PM situation! Posts are for general reading here i.e. to make a point!

I will try and give you a wide berth then since you seem so peculiarly hypersensitive...no guarantees though.

I thought it was funny when Leon said he wanted to get a tattoo of June and she piped up how badly he took the flu jab! Ha!

I haven't watched all of this week's program, I've been drifting off and napping
It seems, like Big Brother people who watch it all the time, want conflict, that's going by George's and his parents comments last week.

Yes I have heard fans saying that they want the drama. Personally I thought it was really lovely to see the 'jungle family' bonding as they did! Such a refreshing change.

Tim Roth is really creepy and devious as this nasty little bald guy. Wonder how it compares to his Sepp Blatter performance.

I like Sepp Blatter. He makes massive corruption seems kind of charming and Grandfatherly.

Lovely to see Giles and Mary really laughing a lot to Fawlty Towers! Never seen that before.

I think Giles may be right about our current comedy not being up to that standard....thereagain each episode of Fawlty Towers was the result of prolonged work by John Cleese and his then wife, Connie Booth - the waitress in it. (I heard him say so in an interview). Great stuff!

Hmmm i'm not a huge fan of Fawlty Towers , its ok, but i would go over the top about it
Same here. I have never understood why some people rave about it. It's just okay to me. Same with Some Mothers Do Av Em. Never seen the attraction to either.

It's embarrassing when they rave about it, then show a clip that's not very funny at all

Well, to be fair, the clips they showed had a lot of the gogglebox cast laughing!

Not for nothing has it been voted no. 1 in the list of 100 Greatest British Television Programmes (by the BFI in 2000). Thereagain humour is very subjective and (to quote Cleese from a film) "there is always one!...." Ha!

I love Faulty Towers. but the clip they showed, which had them laughing uproariously wasn't that funny, certainly not warranting crying with laughter
At best it was mildly amusing

We were missing the build up to the punchlines really...so it's a bit like hearing the punchline of a joke without its proper context.

I never use to find FT funny yet LOL at SMDHE. Now I don't find SMDHE all that funny but do with FT now

Agree with who said the part they showed of FT missed the build up. It didn't seem that funny.

I cannot stand them. Wish they would get rid of them.

Do they not realise that Rillington Place is a true story!!

On a good note. No Sandra's again

Ahh Giles, I can just visualise him in his roller, with his permanent look of puzzlement, as white van man gesticulates wildly at him.

Perhaps he just wanted a selfie!
