She mistook one for the other based on one photo and nobody was offended but you're defending her once again against even the most innocuous, "negative" comments in this thread, saying they DO look similar, which anyone who compares the two can see isn't the case.

I make no apologies for defending her since there IS a certain similarity. Google the 2 faces (image) and tell me you really can't see it!
It's true I tend to stick up for the gogglebox cast when I feel there is constant, needless bashing of them, e.g. Leon. OK so he is a grumpy sod but he has redeeming qualities like being besotted with June. That counts for a lot in my book! It's so easy to complain/moan and I have a positive mindset....sorry if that grates on you!
Why is it that Giles and Mary dress like Wurzel Gummidge and Aunt Sally to watch each week's great telly while the others make at least some effort to look presentable, the Leeds lasses in particular?

She plays it to the hilt IMO. She played the little girl lost routine in the jungle to a tee. Crying her eyes out over someone else's argument. Sitting on Larry's knee like a 6 year old who had fallen from her tricycle and needed consoling. It was quite pathetic at times.
But who knows, maybe she's more intelligent than she lets on, as her 'thick' routine won the show.

What happened to Sandy and Sandra? They are still featured on the opening titles, however, I don't think they've been on a single episode this series.
I'm really loving Mary and Marina and Jenny and Lee are as hilarious as ever. I am not sure about the posh new family or the Liverpool ones, but the three lads are okay.

Perhaps they always dress like that, not everyone is a fashion plate, they've said several times how cold their home is, so layers of clothing may be best idea to keep warm.
I love it when her clothing match the chair and wall covering, not fashionable perhaps but done with massive amount of character and no fear of other people's opinions.

I noticed the big hole in Mary's tights has re-appeared.
She sewed it up a few weeks back, but it was there again on Friday.

No, of course it's not wrong to watch that programme. I can't abide the sadistic trials so I record the programme and fast forward those bits.
She won because of her personality! If you saw the programme you would have seen how lovely, warm, brave and charming she was. Unfortunately you can only see her through your one dimension...oh well, never mind. Intelligence is not the be and end all....

No I am not obsessed with her! The general public voted her Queen Of The Jungle for a reason! She may be a wannabe but she is also a genuinely lovely person.
