I aren't qualified to diagnose, but that's pretty extreme to me.
What they didn't show - earlier in the tattoo/piercing programme, there was a girl with a split tongue, rings through her lip, tats all over her face, shouting at a passer by 'C**t off' - and then she was wondering why she was single!
