So Steph and Dom apparently have a book out. I am not sure what the point of it is but it sounds like it is supposed to a be a funny book about how to live your life.

Despite this I think they are still part of the show. I feel a bit sorry for George and his family apparently being ousted due to him being on CBB. I didn't even like him but it feels a bit unfair.

I agree with many of the posts that they need to freshen the show up by removing many of the Goggleboxers. Leon, Steph and Dom, the Michaels, the Tappers, Sandy and Sandra, the Vicar and maybe others I can't remember right now have become (or always were) annoying but also are playing to the cameras too much. The Siddiquis, the German guy, Giles and Mary, and the Hairdressers (holding on by their fingertips) I think are still good. Giles has been very funny recently especially, and the Siddiquis are great. Some of the newer ones have potential but it remains to be seen. With a fresher cast and more variation in the shows they watch it can get back to what it was but it does feel quite tired right now, in my opinion of course.

The ones I'd like to see dropped are Steph and Dom, the vicar, the Tappers.

I only ever see Downton via Gogglebox and I struggle to see how anyone could watch a full episode of it without wanting to set themselves on fire
