Should there be music satiation with music from all over world like MTV world.

Yes.

I even mentioned this in the lack of variety in the charts thread.

I'd love to see a world music channel. It's be fantastic to see music from artists across Europe and Australasia who probably would never have their music shown on the commercial channels.

,MCM music and MTV Live was abit like that and MTV in the 90's.
