Calling someone on three feel at home |

Calling someone on three feel at home
Does anyone know if you call someone who is abroad on three feel at home from the UK do you pay international roaming to ring them or is it classed the same as ringing someone in the UK?

You will pay whatever it costs to call a mobile in that country according to your tariff.
Feel at home is for the person using the phone, not people calling them. if you think about it, that makes sense. Otherwise if I (EE) called you (on Three) while you were away, that call to me would be free (included (UK) call). Three would have to pay EE for the roaming part of the call. That's never going to happen!

Yeah so UK three sim in say Australia from a UK mobile - so calls and texts all included in UK allowances?

You'd always pay the same to call a UK mobile whether they're abroad or in the UK anyway surely? it's just the person you're calling that might pay for the call while abroad if their roaming doesn't include calls like the Feel at Home package does.
2 people in a feel at home country both using three sim's would pay the same as if they were both calling eachother in the UK, assuming both are using feel at home. |

![]() If a Three UK customer is in Australia, and a UK mobile phone (on EE, Vodafone, O2 etc) calls the Three number, then the EE/Voda/O2 person may pay a UK call cost if out of minutes, but the Three customer pays nothing. If the Three UK customer is in a country that is not "feel at home" the Three UK customer would pay for the incoming call as published on the three website. |
