I am sorry, but I don't see what the appeal in Years and Years. Its the same regurgitated crap you in clubs and on peoples phone like most of the stuff in the charts.

Their music is not necessarily anything 'new' or cutting edge, but their songs are great and Olly's voice is sublime. I am obsessed.

I do like a couple of thier tracks, but to me they are just another 'flavour of the month'

Sounds so like Michael Jackson on King - maybe that's the appeal.

I have been wondering this as well, their music is no different to anything else in the charts.
A case of right place, right time mixed with good promotion I suspect.

I agree with this and the comment of promotion and right place, right time.

It just seems all unspectacular, and EVERYONE is doing the same style of music now.

Not nearly as good as Chvrches.
