The title of this thread is a bit of a joke. It should read Samsung no support.
I recently contacted them with a problem I had, my Netflix and Amazon movies stopped working. The female that answered clearly did not have English as her first language. I had previously registered my new 65in curve smart tv several weeks ago and the info appeared on my Samsung link on their site.
She asked all the usual stuff to confirm my identity,all was well until she asked the model number. I gave it to her taking it from the screen in the settings menus. She proceeded to tell me she did not have that model listed??? She told me to look at the label on the back of the set and I explained I couldn't as the set was on a wall bracket but I assured her I was reading the model number directly from the screen, that's when things broke down. I lost count of the number of times she told me to look at the back of the set despite my explanation. As clearly communications had broken down I asked to speak to a supervisor. I was informed she had booked a call back from a manager. I am still waiting. Samsung, you have great TV's but your customer service is rubbish.
