If I was to say which song would be Easter type it would be Rose Garden a 1970s country one. I can't think of any more for Easter. Themay be one about Easter.

I think this was a hit around Easter 2001. We could list some other favourite Eastertime hits here. A coincidence that was not lost on me was that Rachel and Jo from S Club 7 were born 2 weeks after Easter Sunday in 1978 and 1979 respectively!
