Ella Henderson Tour

Got 4 tickets for Manchester Albert Hall date...taking Fiance, mum & dad. all love her..actually my dad refused to watch X factor again after the week she was voted off. Calls the whole show a farce (obvs it is like). Anyone else going?

I'm glad she's announced her own tour. Was waiting for this as think she's amazing live..glad I didn't have to pay the over priced tickets to see her support take that!

Love 'Chapter One' from beginning to end. I see a big future for her

I'm surprised she has enough material to fill an entire concert, hasn't she only released one album?

Yes it is quite common for people with one album to complete a tour of their own...(like every artist)

Not sure I understand this. Artists with only one album perform all the time.

There wasn't much to understand the poster was just stating they are surprised as she has only released one album and about 4 singles which hardy fills a complete concert of 2 hours.
I'm not surprised as its the only way of artists making revenue by touring or sponsorship. Either she will be releasing another album so it will contain a lot of new material or she will fill it with cover versions.

But as I pointed out this happens constantly. Her set will probably be an hour or so.

Err hardly anyone performs for 2 hours, about 90 minutes is probably the norm, and often less for more poppy acts. Why shouldn't Ella do a tour, she is a very popular artist and there is clearly a big demand from fans to go and see her perform live.

Guys, I wasn't stating she shouldn't tour, I just find it surprising that someone can put on a whole concert with just one albums worth of material, there was no malice in my statement, if she can sell out her tour then good on her, I hope everyone who goes has a great time.

I remember that on rock concerts the main act played about 2 hours.

But my last 3 concerts were Adele, Lana Del Rey and Lorde, they played all 1 hour 15 minutes

Still can't believe she didn't even make the final of the XFactor, I know she was bottom2 with the eventual winner (James Arthur) so there was nothing even the producers could do to meddle and get her through...but she is one of the biggest young talents out there, gives a flawless performance every time I see her on TV.
