I am trying to install Messenger for Facebook on my android Sony Xperia software version 4.4.2. Each time I try no matter which Gmail account I get ' There was a problem communicating with Google servers. Try again later. I have been trying for four days.

Any ideas as to why it will not install?

Have you tried installing any other apps? are you sure your google account credentials i.e password is correct?
