Text Messages Not Sending on EE.

Is anyone else having problems sending text messages on EE today? The guy at EE got me to reset my network settings on my iPhone 6 today but it didn't work. He said it could be a problem with the new iOS update but it couldn't be as the last update was a couple of weeks ago. My texts are still failing to send. iMessages are ok. Just wondered if anyone else is experiencing the same problem or if there's a solution to fix it?

Yup same problem on Android so it's not an iOS update

It's so annoying the way they tell you it's a problem with your phone and get you to reset all network settings.

Yeah, they told me they couldn't support me cause they'd never heard of the OnePlus One, annoying but hopefully it'll be fixed in the morning

I woke up to a tonne of texts obviously sent through the day, but now I'm still not receiving them

Same here. I received loads of texts after midnight last night replying to the texts I sent yesterday which told me they didn't send. It would be nice if they could tell you what actually happened to cause this glitch yesterday.

I just got another bunch through about 20 minutes ago, they seem to be sending and receiving fine now

Heard a few different stories, even one saying it was related to the Holborn fire in London (routing congestion issues).. until i see evidence of what it could have been i'm not going to speculate.

I just noticed a text I sent a while ago never came back with a delivery report, resent it and got the delivery report back straight away.

Can you try again and see if you're still having issues?

I called them and they got me to input a code into the phone which verified a phone number and it seems to be working ok now thanks. The annoying thing is people seem to be receiving my texts but it was telling me the text message was not delivered.
