Which is why I have tried to gently nudge, guide and 'teach' the owners of the boy in question. My own hackles went up when they first accepted him and I did try to make the right noises.
But, like I said, they are not bad owners as such. Just unaware and unprepared.

I will give them credit because alot of people would have dumped the dog on the street along time ago, which you do hear of every day.

. It's highly irresponsible of someone to pass on a biting aggressive dog in the first place, but for a rescue, which ought to know better, to place such a dog with someone else is downright dangerous.
