No Apple Watch in Switzerland till December due to trademark conflict
Looks like Apple may not be able to launch their Apple Watch in Switzerland until December due to a "trademark conflict". Leonard Timepieces has a trademark in the country that supposedly prevents companies from using the word "Apple" in association with watches and other jewellery. The 30 year old legal filing expires on 5th December 2015. Of course Apple could reach a deal with Leonard Timepieces or go to the courts to seek a settlement. Ironic if they cant launch it in Switzerland in April.

I'm sure they said this about the iPhone (didn't Cisco own that trademark?) and it launched anyway.

Cisco had the iOS trademark but I think it was decided because of the lack of overlap between the products it was permissible or something like that.
