Yes, I think that was the reason too. She felt betrayed (and foolish) that she had been open and honest about her marriage breakdown (including having been cheated on) and that Bernie had kept such a huge thing back. Not that she'd slept with a woman, but that she had cheated at all and was therefore responsible for the marriage breakdown and not told her that.
I'm just saying that if they did go down the Serena has been attracted to women but not acted on it route, they could retrospectively say that was the (or one of the) reason(s) she was so off with her - that she did/does find her attractive but would never admit it but discovering she is gay has changed matters. |

Serna has been my favourite character for ages and I'm so glad she didn't leave. I'm glad Bernie's finally got a home on AAU!
I was also wondering about Morven...strange. |

I'm guessing that will all come out again when Arthur dies, Cara will end up being her support.

Good point. Are the trio still living together, with Morven now living there too? Or has Digby moved in with Morven (and Cara.) I would have expected that Digby and Morven now live together, but you wouldn't think so from the way it has been portrayed on screen.
Morven and Cara moved in together about two months ago and I'm not really sure what the point of that was, as it's never been mentioned since. As I mentioned last week, Digby's Anxiety disorder (from only six months ago) seems to have been forgotten and has not been mentioned since his cancer diagnosis. No mention as to how the diagnosis has affected his anxiety problems, whether he's still on medication etc etc. I'm sure Hanssen referred to Diggers' anxiety issues fairly recently. Ollie was v silly to warn Mo about Zosia's state of mind, particularly when she (Mo) tried to caution him not to do so. He was obviously well rattled by Self, the toerag. I don't care for Ollie but I hope he and Zosia can patch things up. |

I think they could prove that females can have good friendships, just as Arthur and Dominic have shown males can do just that.

To prove in soap/drama world that friends can be just that and nothing more. I agree with you. Dom and Digby, think i will be in tears at the end. New friendship between Serena and Bernie. Raf and Fletch friendship also, they bicker like a old married couple, but they are good friends. Would like to see a new romance for Raf though. Thought something was going to happen with him and Cara. But that seems to have fizzled out.

I was also wondering where Morven was, very strange. I think Arthur needs Dom's Mum to come and take care of them for a while.
Most annoyed with Guy Self talking Ollie into that, let's hope Zosia realises who was at fault there. |

Has Serena broken up with her gentleman friend that she was going to move in with before Jason had to move in?

re Digby, seeing the scenes between him and Dom just makes me wish they wouldn't kill him off , such a strong friendship compared to how Dom was originally. Both excellent actors to my mind. |

Yes it appears that way , he was not so keen when she said Jason would be living with them and she sort of gave him an out but he didn't say no I still want to be with you.

Whatever happened to Essie and Mr Levy trying for a baby?
I thought their fumble in the peace garden would lead to something but doesn't look that way. |

As per her Spotlight page, previously announced incoming regular Lucinda Dryzek's character is called Jasmine Burrows.

I'm pretty sure Jasmine Burrows is the name of Jac's sister - so maybe that'll be her new storyline? Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong!

Why do I think they are going down a love triangle route between Raf, Fletch and the shrink?

The friendship between Dom and Arthur is one of the most genuine, heart-warming friendships, I think, across all of the soaps. You can really feel how much they mean to each other. Dom's reaction will be heartbreaking and so sad when Arthur dies.
