I think that could well be it and i wouldn't be entirely surprised if the person making the call is Jac. Or even we see Jac and Jonny arrive in Sweden to start new jobs (they do,'t have to go to America re Herzig after all) to be met by Hansenn who then says "tell me everything" or similar. They are the last 2 on the cast list.
I'd be surprised if Harry and MC don't leave together now. ETA: i see Little Star has said something similar. Also, i think Raf has good chemistry with quite a few people actually. Not necessarily romantic but a 'spark'. I have high hopes for him now he isn't going to be primarily interacting with Harry and Amy. I'm sorry Harry fans but that storyline never worked and really dragged Raf down I think who i thought had potential when he arrived. I completely agree that the Amy/Raf/Harry storyline did nothing for Raf. I don't think it did anything for any of the characters tbh. It went on far too long and Amy was never interesting enough to really make me care about the outcome. I actually think that Harry and Raf's interactions have been good since Amy left. I would be shocked if MC and Harry do not leave together now. The only possible variation I could see, would be a twist that sees MC deciding not to leave Holby and Harry leaving alone, but I believe the latter is much less likely than a joint exit. I have had a feeling that the storyline was building towards a joint exit for a while. ETA - re Jac making a phone call from Sweden. That would be a great closing scene. It's also something they could have filmed well in advance of Rosie's maternity leave in case they had to write her out early and show that Jac and Jonny had gotten together off screen in the event that she couldn't be seen in any of his final scenes at Holby. |

She has been a great addition to the cast. Good luck to the actress if she IS leaving. I hope we get confirmation on that, one way or the other....

I'm afraid i haven't liked Harry and raf's interaction since Amy left either simply because it changed too suddenly. They went from hating each other, not just because of Amy and the baby but because of their very different backgrounds (raf thinking Harry was a posh, incompetent idiot who'd had everything handed to him on a plate) to being best buddies with no explanation except that Amy had buggered off with the baby leaving both of them. If there had been a couple of proper conversations, a few weeks of armistice i'd have accepted it. But it went mortal enemies/jokey, matey colleagues overnight.
I doubt we'll actually see Jac and Jonny on location abroad, i meant more an airport scene or similar they could have filmed in England. |

Just realising that in my previous post I had written incorrectly re Jac. I meant phone call to Sweden not from Sweden. Although, I do think it would be feasible to have a scene set abroad which was actually filmed in England if they wanted to show where they were. |

They might do longer night time shifts, 10 or 12 hours from 8pm to 6am or 8am with several different start up times for shifts during the day so there is cross over. |

Ah Jac has taken deferred maternity leave. That's how she's just been able to go.

No, i've never heard of it either but i guess it is a rarely exploited loophole for those people that don't take it at the time. It is a legal entitlement after all and adoptive parents can take it no matter how old their child is when they get them.

Harru looks fantastic. What was all the fuss about?!?!
I'm almost feeling a little sorry for Guy. He's getting it from all sides isn't he. Elliot doesn't mention what he and the others put Jac through (sending her to coventry as one example) for 'stealing' his position even though he obviously realise it came from Self I notice. |

So, Jalc has now been usurped, permenantly i seems.
As with elliot's demotion not being legal (unless they'd proved he was unfit after his operation) you can't take somebody's job away whilst they are on maternity leave. I hate that elliot is still somehow blaming jac. "You wanted to be on the Jac Naylor Express" as if she went to guy want to move things up several gears re Herzig when that isn't what happened at all. Sorry to say bu i may be zoning out during Darwin scenes from now on if it is just going to be elliot doing everything his own way with st Adele facilitating him. |
